Exercise after Tummy Tuck Muscle Repair

A lot of fat and skin tends to accumulate in the abdominal area making it untoned. Heavyweight lifting should be avoided at this point as I can lead to tearing of incisions increasing the healing time.

A few months after the procedure and with advice from a physician, one can return to normal exercising such as running, doing sit-ups and lifting of heavy objects. However, care should be taken especially when involving abdominal muscles.
